		Project: Worked with BearingPoint in developing a large scale tax application for the municipalities of Ohio. Responsible for the data modeling and performance tuning for the new Tax application.
		Project: Worked with CNA Insurance to design their corporate standards for SQL Server which included High Availibility, Security Model with AD Integration, Base Installation Guidelines, Capacity Planning and Consolidation Strategy. Another project project delivery was the plan and migration of one Sybase to SQL Server migration.
		Project: Led 1000+ SQL Server consolidation and upgrade from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. Wrote inventory application to help collect information about all SQL Servers and manage the consolidation process.
		Project: Performed a SQL Server Health check for their primary applications. Tuned JobTarget.com which yielded 75% better performance across the whole application.
		Project: Brought in to perform a Scalability Assement of EasyIEP which is used by over 20,000 teachers and faculty. Since then, we have provided troubleshooting, architecture and performance tuning services to other key systems within PCG.
		Project: Brought in to performance tune their Back Office and Trading Systems. Increase the performance of the core processes by 400% and reduced key batch processes from 11 hours to 5 minutes.
